The 960 Express Cruiser Wins Award!

Freightliner of Knoxville’s popular 960 Express Cruiser expediter truck has won the coveted “Driver's Choice Award”, presented by Progressive Insurance, at the annual Expedite Expo on July 27-29, 2006. The annual award was decided by ballots cast by the Expo’s attendees. “It wasn’t even a very close contest” stated Debbie McCord, one of the official vote tabulators. Throughout the two days of the show, attendees crawled in and out of all of the show trucks on the floor, and made notes of the features that they liked and what they didn’t like. As the show came to a close, many people kept returning to the 960 Express Cruiser, saying that this truck just seemed to be the one with “everything”. When the closing ceremony was held, and the vote was announced, there seemed to be no surprise in the crowd that the 960 Express Cruiser had won!
